Bookings are not confirmed until we have contacted you and the deposit taken, so please make sure a number we can contact you on in the next 72 hours is used for the form.
   
    Booking Deposits:  A deposit of £10 / day / pet will be charged.  Deposit is fully refundable      if cancellation is received at least 14 days before the check in date. Cancellation of less than      14 days will forfeit the deposit.

  I confirm that if I make a booking my pet's annual vaccinations will be current for the boarding period. For dogs this must  include the additional vaccination for Infectious Tracheobronchitis (also known as  'kennel cough')  I understand that if proof is not provided of current vaccination before, or at check in, that my pet will be refused  boarding. [Please contact your vet to discuss this vaccination and let them know we require a period of 10 days after vaccination before check in at the kennels]

  I agree to share my form responses to Gay Dog Kennels and Cattery, and for them to use my email address to contact me with booking details and kennels information .
