Gay Dog Kennels Refunds Policy and Term's & Conditions

All animals accepted at the owner's risk and under these conditions:

• In the event of injury or illness animals may be removed to the registered Vet's care at the discretion of the management in the event of accident or illness, at the customers expense. Registered Vet: Companion Care Basingstoke.
• All boarding fees and charges are to be paid before removal of the animal.
• In the event of default in payment of the charges for a period of 4 weeks the management shall be at liberty to dispose of the animal as and when they see fit and to retain any monies received from such disposal in part or full settlement of the kennel's claim.
• A deposit payment of £10/dog for each day of stay will be taken: Deposit will be refunded or transferred if cancellation is received at least 28 days before the check in date. Please note all bookings cancelled within 5 Days of the arrival date are liable for 100% of the cost of the booking.
• Owner's beds, blankets, feed, medications and other articles are left at the owner’s risk.
• No animal will be accepted unless proof of current inoculation, including for kennel cough is provided before or at each check in.
• Animals may be groomed by employees of the kennels. If it is necessary, that they visit the grooming parlour for health or hygiene reasons the owner will be contacted and charged for the service.
• If it is necessary for an animal to receive treatment for fleas/parasites it will be at the customer’s expense.
• The kennels are permitted to carry out any enrichment or welfare programme that they deem necessary for the wellbeing of the animal.
• Our opening hours are: 7:00am-12 noon / 1:30pm-7:00pm Seven days a week. No customers will be seen or dogs checked in/out unless within working hours.
